Pamela Hoffman is so much more than a realtor. We felt as if we were working with a longtime friend or family member. You will not go wrong by using Pamela to help you buy or sell your home. How did we find such a gem? Well, in January/Feb 2020 while visiting our son here in Florida, we passed an open house sign and decided to take a look for our son and his expecting wife as they were considering a move prior to the arrival of our grandson. This was late in the afternoon and the open house was actually over however, the realtor was kind enough to let us take a look and then chat with us about the area and homes for sale. She was so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She did not rush us and answered all the questions we had (I ask lots of questions). She gave us her card as we said goodbye. That Realtor® was Pamela Hoffman. Fast forward a year later to Jan/Feb 2021. We had made the decision to relocate to Florida. We had a house to sell in Virginia and a home to find in Florida and no idea where to start. However, a year earlier there was that unforgettable realtor that had made a great first impression on both of us and we still had her business card. With fingers crossed, I emailed Pamela Hoffman hoping she was still in the area and would agree to assist us in our search and relocation to Florida. How lucky we were that Pamela agreed to help us from afar. We could not be happier with Pamela. She is such a confident, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, approachable, understanding, patient, available, responsive, informative, proactive, methodical, and calm person (the list of adjectives could go on and on). She is smart and communicates with us on a regular basis. Pamela always had our best interests in mind. We were confident our choice of a realtor was solid and Pamela met and exceeded every expectation we had. We were determined to find a resale in our preferred area in a wild and crazy sellers' market. Pamela was available whenever we called asking her to go look at a home or to meet our son and have him look with her. She had several homes for us to look at each time we came into town and continued her search for us even when we were in Virginia. Ultimately, we ended up with new construction. Pamela and her wisdom was there with us each and every step of the way. She was with us during the design process with all her tips tricks and suggestions; things that we would never have thought of on our own. Pamela visited the homesite during the build process and sent us pics and videos as things progressed. She met with us each time we came in town. She was there for our independent inspections, our pre-close walk-through, our closing as well as checking on us after we moved in. Pamela even attended our 1 year warranty inspection and review. Pamela has a huge network of honest people she can recommend for after-market work or projects. This is priceless to have someone with that type of knowledge and network, especially when you are moving from another state and are not familiar with the area. Her wisdom and professionalism is top-notch. Another huge perk is that Pamela knows her job and the field well. She will be an ongoing, indispensable contact for years to come. Pamela was ALWAYS there when we needed her to advocate for us during our new build process. We are eternally grateful that the stars aligned and we met Pamela at that open house back in early 2020. We love our beautiful new home - Pamela Hoffman deserves all the credit. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Pamela. Not only was she patient with my Wife and I, really taking the time to show us around Jacksonville, give us a taste for the personality of the many different neighborhoods within Jacksonville. She went way above and beyond our expectations throughout every step of the process; Negotiating between Selling Agents, and pushing along Escrow as it pertains to the Loan Officer(s), Bank, and Underwriters. Pamela’s knowledge of the area was so remarkable that, when we finally found a home that we loved and it was time to place our offer, she made an offer that could not be overlooked. Our first offer was accepted despite multiple offers being put on the table. As if that wasn’t enough, I was out of the country at work and was often on the other side of the world and on a completely opposite work/sleep schedule to hers. She skillfully, compassionately, and aggressively (when necessary) navigated all of these factors and we couldn’t be more thankful for her expertise and efforts. The process of moving can be stressful in and of itself. Signing a lease and all the documentation can feel overwhelming and signing your life away at times. Add in the amount of money being transferred when buying a house, competing with other buyers in such a competitive market as Jacksonville and a stressful economy can be downright daunting. This is not our first home-buying or selling experience. We have worked with Agents across several states and counties in the past. I would recommend her to any friend or family member getting ready to embark on this stressful but rewarding process. Pamela is hands down, the best realtor we have ever worked with."

She made us feel comfortable knowing so much was around us. Once we purchased the land, Pamela worked with us every step of the way. She help us in the design center, she recommended a reliable independent house inspection company (since we did not live in FL, yet), pool companies, carpenters, lawn service, etc. She visited the homesite every week and updated us with pictures and videos as our house was being build. She has an advocate for us during the entire building process. Pamela cares about her clients and was always a text, email or phone call away. While we were very very nervous to disappoint or upset her with our decision, she welcomed it and we both felt she genuinely cared about our well being over her temporary loss of a sale. This was huge for us as we already were under a great deal of stress(and raising two toddler girls). We kept in touch and when we were ready to relist she welcomed us with open arms and a caring heart. We were able to get top dollar in a very competitive market.
